For ceilings over 3 metres high, it is recommended to purchase an extension rod, which will lower the fan to the desired height to maintain the fan's effectiveness.

The Ventair extension rod is an essential purchase for installing the Skyfan DC ceiling fan on a high surface. It features a white finish and measures 900mm in length, but can easily be cut to any size you require by the installing electrician.

It is strongly recommended that an extension rod be purchased if the ceiling is over 3 metres high.
