In some cases, we may need to share your information with other third parties, this will be to pass on your information to couriers or Australia Post for delivery, to a separate warehouse to arrange delivery if an item is being sent from a different location or a supplier is providing a replacement item directly. We may also need to pass on your information to a warranty department if we are putting a warranty claim on your behalf or to an electrician/installer if we are assisting you with booking an installation for your product.

It is your responsibility to retain copies of your invoices and installation records. Without your details on file, we may not be able to help recover lost invoices.
