This Martec extension rod has been designed specifically to extend the length of your ceiling fan, ensuring excellent air movement in high ceilings areas. It is suitable for both the stunning Newport and Malibu DC ceiling fans. This extension rod features a length of 1800mm which may be excessive for your home, so an electrician can easily cut the rod to the size required.
Installation of this rod is simple for the installing electrician as the extension rod just replaces the included rod and comes supplied with an easy, plug in wiring loom. It is strongly recommended that a 1800mm extension rod be purchased if the surface the fan is being attached too is over 3.7 metres high.
