Keeping cool without constantly hunting down a misplaced remote control can be a challenge, especially when you want the energy saving benefits of modern motor technology. The Hunter Pacific Ayer 52" DC Ceiling Fan offers the ultimate solution by pairing an energy efficient DC motor with a hardwired wall controller. You get smooth, silent airflow with the simple flick of a wall switch.
Why You'll Love the Hunter Pacific Ayer
Designed with smooth, curved blades and a clean minimalist profile, the Ayer brings a quiet freshness to your home. Whether installed in a quiet bedroom, a open living space, or out on a coastal patio, its streamlined look fits right into modern decor without dominating the room. Because it sits close to the ceiling with a drop of just 259mm, you maintain maximum headroom while enjoying exceptional air circulation.
The Ayer is engineered to handle tough Australian conditions. Crafted completely from durable ABS plastic, both the motor housing and blades are entirely rust proof. This makes it a dependable choice for outdoor undercover areas and homes near salty ocean breezes where standard fans usually degrade over time. You won't have to worry about drooping blades or unsightly surface corrosion.
Most DC ceiling fans require a handheld remote, but the Ayer connects straight to a dedicated 3 speed wall controller. This gives you direct, reliable control right at your doorway while still using a fraction of the power required by traditional AC motor fans.
The Hunter Pacific Ayer Features
Hardwired Wall Control Convenience
Includes a dedicated 3 speed wall controller designed specifically for DC motors, ensuring tactile and reliable operation without relying on batteries or handheld remotes.
Energy Saving DC Performance
The energy efficient motor uses a minimal 3W on its lowest speed and tops out at just 29.5W on high, delivering a powerful airflow of up to 13,852 m3/hr for optimal air movement.
Built for Outdoor & Coastal Spaces
Constructed entirely from rust proof ABS plastic, the Ayer is protected against weather, humidity, and salt air, making it suitable for indoor rooms, covered outdoor entertainment areas, and coastal homes.
Low Profile Ceiling Clearance
With a shallow drop of only 259mm from the ceiling to the bottom of the motor, the Ayer sits neat and flush, making it ideal for homes with standard 2.4m ceilings.
Year-Round Comfort Switch
Features a manual summer/winter reversing switch located on the top cup, allowing you to push warm air down in the cooler months to reduce your heating costs.
If you want the power savings and performance of a DC ceiling fan combined with the simplicity of traditional wall control, the Hunter Pacific Ayer is built for your home.
