This Fanco extension rod suits the Infinity-iD, Horizon and Eco Silent Deluxe and is required when wanting to install these ceiling fans on a high surface of over 3 metres. This rod replaces the supplied downrod and comes in a 900mm length that can be easily adjusted to the size required by the installing electrician.

This extension rod suits the Fanco Infinity-iD, Horizon and Eco Silent/Eco Silent Deluxe. It is a required accessory when wanting to install any of these ceiling fans on a high surface. This rod comes in a white, bronze or black finish to match the beautiful design of the fan and measures 900mm in length but can be easily cut down to any size required by the installing electrician. It simply replaces the included downrod giving you a longer drop for high ceilings.
Ceiling fans ensure optimal airflow is circulated throughout the home which will be less effective if the fan is installed too high. To ensure your fan is providing airflow as it should, it is recommended that an extension rod be purchased if the ceiling is over 3 metres high.
