The Eglo extension rod is a handy accessory for those wanting to install either the Nevis and Nevis 2 ceiling fan on a high surface. This rod replaces the included rod and features a 1800mm length that can be easily cut by an electrician to the desired length.

This Eglo extension rod replaces the included downrod to give you a longer drop allowing you to attach your fan on a high surface. It is easy to install and suits both the Nevis and Nevis 2 ceiling fans in a white or black finish.
To ensure a ceiling fan is circulating air effectively it must be installed at the correct height. It is recommended that an 1800mm extension rod be purchased if the ceiling is over 3.7 metres high. This extension rod features an 1800mm length that an electrician can easily cut to any size required.
